Do you live your true identity? Are you your true self or living as a reactive person?

How are you? How do you do? What motivates you? How do you create your thoughts, your feelings and your opinions? How much do you care for others? How much do you please others or try to keep others happy?

When somebody listens to you and rejects you, what do you do?

What do you when somebody contradicts you, your opinions, your thoughts, your feelings?

Very often it can be seen that people react according to what others feel. Are you one of them. If you express your thought or feeling and if somebody objects it, what do you do?

If you change then, you are making the choice to be reactive. You are giving the power to control you, the power to influence you and the power to make you act to others. And as such when you do such things, then you are not being your true self. You are creating a path for yourself where sooner or later, you will go through the journey of being unhappy, sad, and depressed.

You will slowly develop a sort of pessimistic attitude, feeling bad about yourself, developing anxiety and fear and slowly losing your self-confidence and self-esteem. And over a pperiod of time this will have a huge impact on your health in the form of psychological disturbances and psycho-somatic illnesses.

What to do to overcome the problem of being controlled by others? How can you become your own true self?
Develop assertive thinking.
Find out more about you, your goals, your values.
Logically and emotionally make yourself appropriate.
Introspect.
Work on your self-esteem and self confidence.
Get help from a counsellor or health care consultant.
Believe in yourself.

Be your true self and you will be happy.
