Learning is a learned behavior.
By Dr Maharaja SivaSubramanian N
We operate based upon our learning, knowledge, belief systems and all other told and untold rules. All these are learning which we receive from time to time, especially more so as a child.
And all these learning is learned by observation.
As a child if we see people who say something and act another way, then the child thinks, ‘so it is about the context and the reasoning behind, so the thought processes matter’. Such a child grows up as a person who learns by inference, and is highly analytical. They take the info within and then analyse based upon their own inferential systems and understand it that way.
If the child sees people who say things and follow the same in action, then the child thinks, ‘so, what is said is what it is’. Such a child grows up as a person who learns everything as it is. They believe more on direct, literal communication and do not infer anything.
So, how are you learning?
