These were the two questions that I was asked by a person who just wanted her life to be better. And the answer below was the quick one which I gave.
Fear is a neutral emotion, it is not about being fearful or fearless, it is about how we handle fear.
The only thing to fear about fear is fear itself. What is it that we are afraid to handle, to manage, to challenge, to take care of, to navigate through? What is it that you are not ready to do so? That aspect is what is making you feel the fear, take care of it, and fear will instantly vanish off.
Fear occurs every time we stretch out of our comfort zone, so it is more of an indication of you expanding your horizon. Now, the expansion can be a growth or it can be some careless movement which is then for you to decide.
When you are conscious about your growth, when you really ensure that it is you who is in charge of how you grow in life, then all those expansion will be more meaningful and make much more sense than otherwise. Then you will truly understand that life does not just happens, rather life happens for you.
And it is when you become better aware of fear is always there to serve you rather than to cripple you off, does life start taking some beautiful path and journey.
Embrace your fears, for they are as much part of you. And then, understand the message and the meaning they have to give you. In that way, you will be able to tap into a genius and joy within that will make your life just much better.
