In life we go through a lot of experiences. Some good, and some bad. And a lot of them have happened in the past. And it is important for having a great life, that you complete both the good and the bad past.
So, let us focus on both.
The bad past, the pains and the hurts which stays back within your cellular memories and drags you down to keep you safe everytime. These memories drag you down everytime you encounter something that has potential to hurt you, and it is for the same that you will always end up in your comfort zone, many a times where you just don’t expand at all. And that prevents you from having a lot of expansive growth in your life, a great amount of future riches that you truly deserve, however you don’t receive because you have locked up yourself in the comfort zone.
The good past. Yes, I am saying you need to complete the good past too. And the reasons are plenty for them actually. When you hold on to a lot of good past, you may also be holding back from responding to trouble if it shows up, to be able to adapt and be flexible because you were good in the past, not being ready to accept your flaws and learn from them because they brought great results in the past. Everything about human life is changing and as such, if you fail to adapt, change, let go, even of the good, you may lose out on embracing the greatness that is waiting for you, you may lose on the present moment of focus where you can create fresh future.
And it is for these set of reasons, it is time for you to stop holding on to the past, let them go and create space to welcome a better future.
